Before joining AlixPartners, I was torn between the allure of mature, respected firms and that of nimble, innovative startups. This place strikes a rare balance between respected industry leader and entrepreneurial venture. At AlixPartners, I get to thrive in an environment that encourages debate and creativity.
Choosing to join AlixPartners was driven by my desire to work in a firm that has a quick and visible impact on the industries it is serving. There has been a steep rise to my learning curve in the short period of time I have been here.
I have many senior colleagues in the Shanghai office, but I have never felt excluded from any conversation just because I was less experienced. I think that openness and willingness to hear different perspectives has been key to helping everyone understand the importance of our colleagues’ well-being.
