Nigel uses his expert knowledge to help clients provide deep insight into unique organisational change management challenges, create innovative solutions to embed adoption and enhance user experiences. He has a strong track record of using his extensive business change experience and cross sector expertise to transform client’s performance and deliver outstanding value.

Pamela Brown
EDI Director, England and Wales Cricket Board

Pam Brown BA (Hons) MA has been working in the Diversity space for over 25 years and is currently Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion for the English and Welsh Cricket Board. She has worked across all sectors both in the UK and abroad and been a board member in the NHS and Sentencing Advisory Panel; Chaired a Black Housing Association and the Housing Ombudsman Service for 5 years as well as crafting the manifesto for the election campaign in Bermuda for the United Bermuda Party. She is a prolific blog writer and published a number of books and articles on diversity as well as being a keynote speaker at a number of conferences on the topic of diversity and inclusion.

Nathan Simpson 
Vice President at Morgan Stanley

Nathan Simpson is a Vice President in Trading Operations for the Institutional Securities Group, at Morgan Stanley. He is responsible for the EMEA Middle Office Risk Support team (MORS), who support both the Equity & Fixed Income Risk teams within the Business. Before accepting an opportunity with Morgan Stanley, in 2018, Nathan worked across a number of different roles at Goldman Sachs, where he worked for 13 years, including 4 years working from their Bengaluru (India) office. In total, Nathan has over 22 years of experience within the industry. Nathan is committed to creating a more equitable workplace in his role as part of Morgan Stanley’s African and Caribbean Business Alliance (ACBA) steering committee and as a key member of the Operations Diversity & Inclusion council.

Dave Neita 
Lawyer, Published Poet, Lecturer, and International Public Speaker

Dave Neita is a lawyer, published poet, lecturer and international public speaker specialising in law, cultural leadership, social change and the arts.
An advocate for human rights and an expert in organisational development and mental health, Dave has worked with NASA, HSBC and Oxford University, to name a few institutions.

He was included in Black Enterprise's list of the Top 10 most powerful black men in Britain and was selected by the BBC to provide perspective and comment on the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington. Known for his success as a member of the legal team behind a class action suit against a major multinational corporation on behalf of thousands of injured South Africa Miners, Dave continues to work as an advocate for marginalised people in society.

Catherine George 
Talent and Inclusion Consultant, Founder, Speaker and Author

Following a 15-year Talent Acquisition career in companies including Amazon and Credit Suisse, Katie has built and led teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Katie consults and speaks on the topics of entry-level talent, inclusive and innovative recruitment practices as well as her own personal story. Katie’s accolades include numerous published articles, a front cover feature for Recruiter Magazine as well as recognition as one of the EMPower Top 50 Future Ethnic Minority Leaders. Katie is the founder of Cheeky Mantwa Joyful Stationery, a creative studio that embodies Katie’s passion for inclusivity and sustainability. Katie is also writing children’s books focusing on what it means to be from a mixed background, reflecting on her own experience as a person of South African and British heritage. Katie believes in compassionate leadership and empowering others.
