“It’s has been rare to me to find a mentoring event and let alone with employees from such a big company such as Fitch Ratings. People from Fitch were very friendly and provided a lot of information based on their background and my needs. People from Generation Success were friendly and helping, too. One thing that I would only remark is to have some more time with the mentors because the time was a bit limited. E.g I had two mentors in a break room and only the one could speak in the time allocated each time. Otherwise, I found the event amazing and I would highly recommend to somebody looking for a job or not being sure on the career path that he/she wants to follow.”
