I joined TD Securities in May 2021 as the HR Business Partner for Infrastructure, Support and Control in Europe.

Prior to TD, I was a HR Business Partner, Vice President at Nomura International Plc in London. During my tenure at Nomura, I partnered with many of the Corporate divisions including, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance and Finance. My role was to be a trusted partner and key advisor to the senior leaders and their teams across these groups. I first joined Nomura as an apprentice and completed my CIPD Associate qualification with BPP University while gaining valuable work experience. I have recently been working with Generation Success as part of the TD partnership to implement a new Summer Internship programme and Graduate cohort at TD.

My name is Femi I’m 19 I was born in Lagos Nigeria but I’ve lived most of my life in Ireland. I have finished my second year in Lancaster University where I study accounting and Finance and I am currently undertaking an internship with TD securities as an executive office summer internship.

At Credit Agricole in Hong Kong, he also worked on developing the business in Asia as COO and Head of Business Development and was Treasurer of ASIFMA (Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association). During the course of his career, he has been involved in raising millions for start-ups and sits on numerous charitable boards.
